We are now looking for a Business Performance Director for our central organisation Business Performance within Alektum Group. The group is responsible for the products that we supply within our product areas of Risk Optimization, Finance and Debt Collection within the entire group. The job role is based at Alektum Group's head offices in Nordstan, Gothenburg.
Job Role Details for Business Performance Director - Finance
As the Finance Business Performance Director, you are the product owner for financing the invoice issuers’ accounts receivable, factoring and related products within the group. In your role you are responsible for coordinating with sales and marketing, learning the market’s needs and ensuring that we are able to meet these needs across all markets in which we operate. This means that you must be very familiar with customer service, invoicing, revolving credits, instalment loans, subscription invoicing and invoice administration, etc. You must be able to define product development requirements, have good working structure and be used to working in project form. Many projects will be run and managed in coordination with our European colleagues.
Work tasks
- Run and actively participate in innovation and development work in respect of our products
- To improve and maintain effective, scalable and standardized operational processes
- Follow up and develop existing operational routines within your product area
- Ensure that our products have supply security and are effective
- To train and support the operative business
- To collaborate in production, with managers, to continuously improve processes and routines
Personal qualities:
In order to enjoy and thrive in the role of Business Performance Director, you are an able team worker, take responsibility, goal-oriented and have a desire to achieve constant improvement and development. You have an ability to create enthusiasm, commitment and success in the projects that you manage. It would also be a significant advantage if you are used to working in an international environment.
You will work in a flexible group, where we are always ready to pitch in and help each other. Everyone in Business Performance has lengthy experience of their business areas and has good knowledge of the related business areas. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President for Business Performance based in Gothenburg.
Desirable qualifications:
- Relevant finance-focused secondary education
- Experience in product development
- Experience in project management
- The ability to take your own initiative as well as to work independently
- Fluent written and spoken English
